Hardware and Software Specification

NETSPEC has developed strategic relationships with the “Best of Breed” hardware and software companies in the industry, allowing us to provide our clients with the best product solutions. NETSPEC can provide complete product solutions, from Client/Server hardware and NOS to LAN/WAN Internetworking. NETSPEC maintains close direct manufacturer relationships, providing us with insight into new products being developed and the best migration paths for our customers.


Installation and Project Management

In our experience, a successful installation requires proper planning. That’s why with every network installation we develop an Implementation Plan, which includes a detailed project schedule with tasks, responsibilities, and dates for completion. NETSPEC also maintains a staging and lab area where NETSPEC Network Engineers can pre-configure and test all hardware and software prior to placement for installation. In addition, NETSPEC can provide complete project management, if desired. This might include tasks which normally are the responsibility of the customer, such as arranging for Telco service, domain name registration, and coordination with 3rd-party vendors.


Support

NETSPEC offers a variety of support plans, which can be customized to meet your specific requirements. Services offered include telephone technical support, remote monitoring and troubleshooting, on-site service, and administration outsourcing. NETSPEC Engineers have received formal training and certification on all of the products we represent. NETSPEC also works closely with our manufacturer partners to resolve problems should escalation become necessary.
